Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, LLC is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) in Jennings, LA. This full-time role works with the Store Leader to manage daily operations, lead the sales team on the floor, and ensure excellent customer service while driving results.

You will coach and develop teammates, stay current on AT&T promotions and devices, and help the store hit monthly targets. Paid training is provided and wireless experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing others (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• High energy and adaptable in a competitive environment.
