Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T authorized retailer, is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader). In this role you work closely with the Store Leader, lead by example on the sales floor, and help manage daily operations.

You will mentor and develop the team, coach through real-time feedback, and focus on achieving monthly targets while delivering excellent service and product knowledge. The position emphasizes wireless promotions, device knowledge, and community engagement, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred).
• 2 years of experience leading or managing others (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside your team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback and consistent mentoring.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
