Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) in Alabama. You will partner with the Store Leader, lead by example on the floor, and drive sales while guiding the team to perform at a high level.

This full-time role offers base pay, commission, and leadership incentives, with paid training provided. Wireless experience is a plus, not required; ideal for those who mentor others and want to advance to running a store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside the team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback and mentoring.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Stay sharp on AT&T promotions, devices, and wireless trends.
• Handle administrative duties, inventory, compliance, and problem-solving.
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care.
