Team Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring full-time Assistant Managers to work with the store team, learn our business, and drive guest satisfaction. The role focuses on leadership, sales, and providing exceptional service in a vibrant retail environment.

You will collaborate closely with the store manager, engage customers about Verizon deals and services, and help maintain an inviting store atmosphere while demonstrating integrity and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year in wireless is preferred.
• Customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office and Apple/Android knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!
• Leading by example, personally demonstrating sales success with an emphasis on integrity
