Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Representatives; coach and guide the team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and compliance with policies.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and communication using company platforms.
