Team Wireless is seeking a Store Manager in Champaign, IL to lead a high-performing sales team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive profitable growth.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Sales Representatives, manage operations, and ensure adherence to Verizon performance standards. This full-time role requires living within 40 miles of the store and offers a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days of employment, with earnings potential to $60k–$150k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and reporting.
• Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all hours.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Verizon requirements.
