Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Store Manager to own the store, lead the team, and drive results with accountability. You work on the floor, guide your people, and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while monitoring sales data, schedules, and customer experience. This is a full-time role with base pay plus commission and incentives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside your team and uphold the customer experience on every shift.
• Support hiring efforts as needed and identify talent that fits the BLW culture.
• Support onboarding and develop your team daily through real time coaching on the floor.
• Review sales data regularly, spot gaps, and act before they become patterns.
• Balance the store schedule to ensure coverage, fairness, and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
