Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a Store Manager to own operations, culture, and outcomes at a busy California store. You will lead the team on the floor, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a hands-on leader, you read data, fix gaps, coach your people daily, manage schedules, and handle escalations. Wireless experience helps but is not required; ownership and strong leadership are what matter.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations end to end daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Sell alongside the team and uphold customer experience standards.
• Support hiring and onboarding to align with BLW culture.
• Review sales data to spot gaps and act before patterns form.
• Balance schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism.
• Represent BLW at events to build brand loyalty.
