Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
• Knowledge of smartphones, wearables, WiFi systems, and streaming services
• Excellent communication and proven ability to drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty
