Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maximize store performance.

Responsibilities include mentoring wireless sales consultants, achieving sales goals, overseeing daily store operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment that builds local loyalty.

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Familiar with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems and streaming services.
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
