Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Excellent communication and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, WiFi systems, and entertainment/streaming services.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants with the store manager.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure top-tier customer service to build local loyalty.
