Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coach a team of wireless sales consultants, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience, AT&T/T-Mobile/Verizon familiarity.
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure outstanding customer service to build local loyalty
