Your Wireless Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Wireless Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coach Sales Associates, and drive sales goals in a high-energy retail environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing and scheduling, achieving KPIs, and leading by example. The role offers a $50,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably Verizon/AT&T/T-Mobile store experience.
• Proven experience in sales performance and team leadership.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in building a positive, customer-focused environment.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising Sales Associates.
• Help meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and sales goals.
