Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring an experienced Assistant Store Manager for Lafayette, LA, to support and lead our sales team. Base pay starts at $50,000 with commissions and bonuses and growth potential to $80k–$90k based on performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, staff development, and achieving sales KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. A flexible schedule and benefits support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in wireless.
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals and leading teams.
• Able to interview, hire, schedule, and supervise sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in building a customer-focused, goal-oriented environment.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising Sales Associates.
• Help meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and sales goals.
• Coach team daily to enhance customer experience and performance.
• Develop team members’ skills and prepare for advancement.
• Ensure store operations align with company guidelines and promotions.
• Lead by example and cover Store Manager on duty when needed.
