Your Wireless Inc. - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in delivering a top-tier Verizon wireless experience.

The role supports the Store Manager in hiring, coaching, and driving sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store operations. The position offers a base salary of $50,000+ per year plus commissions and bonuses, a target earnings range of $80k–$90k, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Proven experience in sales performance and team leadership.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in building a positive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented environment.
• Assisting with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Helping meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and sales goals.
• Coaching team members daily to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assisting in developing team members’ skills and preparing them for career advancement.
• Ensuring the store operates according to Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Supporting execution of promotions, inventory procedures, and operational tasks.
• Leading by example with professional and ethical behavior.
• Acting as the Store Manager on duty when needed.
