Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager who can support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Saline, Michigan.

This role offers paid training, competitive hourly pay with commissions and incentives, and a clear path for advancement as you coach a high-performing team of wireless sales consultants.

Qualifications

• Previous retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
