Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative at our Lander, WY location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers select devices, plans, and accessories, and build lasting relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.

Compensation includes a $12 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission; average earnings up to $17 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and paid training, with career growth opportunities within a national Verizon

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
