Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. in the United States is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers choose devices, plans, and services.

You will build lasting relationships, identify needs, and generate sales opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes a base rate of $18.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
