Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to keep customers connected and build a rewarding career.

As part of a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll deliver outstanding service, learn about devices, plans, accessories, and promotions, and work toward daily and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn new devices, plans, and promotions quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices and wireless plans.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service issues.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Stay informed about the latest wireless products, services, and promotions.
• Assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and cash handling.
