You’ll combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to help customers stay connected while growing your career. From assisting with devices and plans to merchandising and daily store operations, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, identify needs, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and services.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
