Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to deliver a memorable experience at the point of sale.

As a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you’ll promote devices, plans, and services, while pursuing personal and team sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and career growth are available in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
