Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative who will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to help customers stay connected while building a rewarding career.

Deliver exceptional service and identify customer needs, then recommend personalized solutions. You will support store operations and work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new products and services.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
