Job summary

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in the Fairfax, VA area to guide customers in choosing wireless solutions and plans. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to ensure customers stay connected and leave with the right products.

You will participate in ongoing training to stay current on devices, services, and promotions while supporting daily store operations and working toward team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest wireless products, services and promotions through training.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
