Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will combine relationship-building and problem-solving with sales skills to deliver a top-notch wireless experience.

compensation includes a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions. The role supports ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and a dynamic retail environment in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
