Wireless Nation in State College, PA is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will engage customers, recommend plans and devices, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. The role offers an hourly rate with commissions and bonuses, plus opportunities for advancement.

Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and able to work full-time with nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or outbound sales experience is welcome, but training is provided.

• Drive business into the store by utilizing company-provided customer databases and outreach tools.
• Conduct proactive customer outreach through phone calls, text messages, and voicemails to generate traffic, set appointments, and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and develop Small Business (SMB) sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity with a minimum of 100 customer outreach calls per shift.
• Follow up with customers regarding upgrades, new product launches, promotions, and service opportunities to increase retention and revenue.
• Effectively document customer interactions and appointment activity within company systems.
