Job summary

Wireless Nation in Brunswick, MD is seeking a motivated Wireless Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will engage customers, explain wireless products and plans, and close sales while meeting service standards.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship building, and achieving sales targets. A guaranteed full-time schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected. Training and potential growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise & educate our customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Able to perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Drive business into the store by utilizing company-provided customer databases and outreach tools.
• Conduct proactive customer outreach through phone calls, text messages, and voicemails to generate traffic, set appointments, and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and develop Small Business (SMB) sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity with a minimum of 100 customer outreach calls per shift.
• Follow up with customers regarding upgrades, new product launches, promotions, and service opportunities to increase retention and revenue.
• Effectively document customer interactions and appointment activity within company systems.
