Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Illinois to help customers choose wireless products and services. The role offers a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commission with an average of about $20.00 per hour when commissions are included.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events
• Contact current customers by phone for upsell opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash management, admin duties
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
