Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to engage customers, identify needs, and provide tailored wireless solutions.

You will uphold Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service, while embodying the brand value of Care for Every Person in a dynamic retail setting. This role offers a base rate of $12.00 per hour with uncapped commissions and an average of $17.00 per hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills required.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Motivation to learn, grow, and excel in retail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with strong customer service.
• Generate additional sales through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact customers for sales opportunities and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations, inventory, and cash management.
• Support daily/monthly sales goals with action plans.
