Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in Illinois to engage customers, assess needs, and provide tailored wireless solutions.

You will exemplify our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while serving communities and building lasting relationships. You will earn a base rate of $15.00 per hour with uncapped commission potential, average earnings around $20.00 per hour with commission, and opportunities for advancement within a 750+ location Verizon

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community involvement events
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities
• Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties
• Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals
