Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to know customers and identify their needs, providing individualized service to equip them with wireless products and services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn wireless products and services quickly.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management.
• Develop and monitor actions to reach daily and monthly sales goals.
