Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist/Retail Sales Representative to drive wireless device and service sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will learn our product line, engage customers, and provide tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns and community events.
Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash).
Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
