Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a motivated Wireless Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service while selling wireless devices and services. You will learn product knowledge, assist customers with needs, and live the Russell Cellular values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.

You will participate in store operations, promotions, and community involvement, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement in a Verizon Authorized Retailer network.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships across diverse customers.

• A knack for technology and willingness to learn wireless quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Dept.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
