Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. in Florida, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers stay connected through devices, wireless plans, and accessories.

You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes a $15.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commissions with average earnings up to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Comfort with technology and quick learner of new products.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
