The role offers a base pay of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with an average of about $17.00 per hour when commissions are included. Benefits include health/dental/vision, paid sick days and holidays, 401K match, and growth

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow, and exce l.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with excellent customer service.
• Develop and execute sales opportunities with marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact customers for additional sales opportunities via phone.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services and demonstrate capabilities.
• Assist in daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and office duties.
• Work toward daily/monthly sales goals and action plan execution.
