Russell Cellular in Scottsville, KY is seeking a Wireless Sales Specialist to help customers find the right wireless solutions and deliver outstanding service. You will learn products and plans, assist with upsells, and contribute to a friendly store environment.

The role offers a base pay of $12 per hour with uncapped commissions and average earnings with commission around higher figures. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; lifting 50 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be.
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular products and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for upsell opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
