Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Kentucky. You will engage customers, assess their needs, and tailor wireless solutions while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. This Verizon Authorized Retailer offers a base pay of $12 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings around $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
• Proactive learner with a drive to grow and excel in a retail environment.
• Ability to learn wireless products and services quickly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community events
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/month sales goals
