This role includes a base pay plus uncapped commissions, with opportunities to exceed averages through performance. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required as needed, with benefits and career growth paths available.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn products quickly and explain options clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
