Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and to grow a rewarding career in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will deliver excellent service, learn about devices and plans, and build lasting relationships through follow-up and community outreach. Training, advancement opportunities, and performance incentives are included to support growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and services.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
