Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is a Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States seeking a Wireless Sales Representative. You will deliver premier customer service, help customers select the right wireless plans and devices, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, plans, accessories, and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend personalized wireless solutions.
Build lasting customer relationships through proactive service and follow-up.
Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
