Responsibilities

• Work toward individual sales and performance goals while maintaining customer experience.
• Help troubleshoot devices and resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers and conduct approved outbound sales and lead-generation activities.
• Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and wireless technology.
• Process transactions accurately and protect customer information.
• Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and store operations.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Participate in training, meetings, and community events.
