Premier Wireless is seeking a Wireless Specialist to help customers find the right devices, plans, and services, delivering a friendly, helpful experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You’ll be dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and ready to learn. You’ll work with both new and existing customers, answer questions, solve problems, and help keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Assist with activations, upgrades, account changes, payments, equipment purchases, and service needs.
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Help troubleshoot devices and resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers and conduct approved outbound sales and lead-generation activities.
• Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and wireless technology.
• Accurately process transactions and protect customer information.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Participate in training, meetings, community events, and other activities that support the store and business.
