Job summary

Mobilelink USA, a Cricket Wireless retailer, is seeking a Sales Advocate in Louisville, KY to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store sales. The role requires evening/weekend availability and the ability to work at multiple locations, aligning with a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and professional attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
