Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Sales Advocate in Louisville, KY to support customers with Wireless solutions and deliver exceptional service. This full/part-time role offers base salary plus commissions and unlimited earning potential through performance incentives.

You will help customers by assessing needs, presenting tailored Cricket Wireless solutions, and representing the brand with professionalism. Training and growth opportunities are available in a dynamic retail network.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and customer focus.
• Commitment to exemplary service and honesty.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 32 hours/week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of store.
• Must be able to operate a PC.
• Able to work across multiple district locations.
