Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist in Independence, KS to understand customers' needs and provide tailored wireless solutions with outstanding service. As part of a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you will build relationships, learn the latest devices and plans, and drive sales through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

You will participate in community events and contribute to a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships across diverse customers.
• Motivation to learn, grow and excel in retail sales.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn wireless products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices, tablets, watches and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement events.
• Contact current customers via phone for upsell opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
