Russell Cellular Hampstead is seeking a Wireless Specialist to deliver personalized wireless solutions and outstanding customer service. You will identify needs, explain plans and devices, and help customers select the right products with expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn about wireless products
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell cell phones, tablets, watches and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through local marketing and community events.
• Contact existing customers to upsell and cross-sell.
• Maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate device features.
• Assist with daily store operations, opening/closing and cash handling.
• Help develop and monitor daily sales goals.
