Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals
