Job summary

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Specialist in Perham, MN. You will guide customers, assess needs, and provide personalized service to help them choose wireless products and services.

This role emphasizes integrity, expertise, initiative and care for every person in our community. The position offers base pay of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings around $17.00 per hour when commissions are included, plus benefits and growth

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Monitor and pursue daily/monthly sales goals.
