Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills with ability to build relationships.

• Knack for technology and quickly learning wireless products and services.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Reach out to current customers for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin tasks.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
