Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Reach out to current customers by phone for upsell opportunities and follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
