Job summary

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team. You will get to know customers, assess their needs, and provide individualized service to equip them with wireless products and services.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills are required.
Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
Knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate capabilities.
Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
Develop and monitor action plans for daily/month sales goals.
